Holiday Season Information:

To ensure completion and dispatch before the holiday season, please place your order by the 14th of November. We cannot guarantee orders placed after the 14th of November to be dispatched before the 19th of December.

During the holiday season, we will process orders for production as usual. However, dispatch will take place only after the 10th of January.

Please note that there will be no dispatch during public holidays.

Delivery Charges:

The delivery charge will be calculated at the end of the shopping cart process based on your order. Here’s a breakdown of delivery costs:

• Auckland $25
• Auckland Rural up to 1600mm $45
• North Island up to 1200mm $25
• North Island up to 2400mm $35
• North Island up to 1600mm Rural $45
• South Island up to 1200mm $35
• South Island up to 2400mm $55
• South Island up to 1500mm Rural $45

• Some rural locations have a maximum delivery size of 1500mm, and surcharges may apply, not calculated on our checkout system.
  – Packaging will be on average 100mm longer then the product and this should be accounted for when selecting your shipping options.
