For your peace of mind, we give a 5-year guarantee on all of our products. We guarantee that all BestBlinds window covering products are free from component and assembly defects provided that such products were properly installed in a domestic environment. The guarantee is limited to the original purchaser.
Our guarantee is simple and straightforward with just a few obvious conditions and exclusions.

To obtain the guarantee your claim must be accompanied by proof of purchase and details regarding the nature of the problem.
The conditions
This guarantee is invalid if the damage or failure was caused by:
• Accident
• Alteration
• Exposure to elements
• Misuse
• Failure to follow measurement, installation, cleaning or maintenance instructions
• Fitted in a non-domestic environment
• Normal wear and tear
Product Exclusions
• Wooden products – natural variations in grain, colour and texture. Damage through exposure to high humidity or New Zealand harsh sunlight
• Fabrics and dyes – fading
Rural Addresses
Rural addresses collection for repair or replacement under warranty is not covered and the parcel will need to be returned to the nearest depot upon our approval.
Legal small print
This guarantee is exclusive and in lieu of all other obligations liabilities or warranties. In no event shall BestBlinds be liable or responsible for incidental or consequential damages or for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee. This guarantee does not affect the consumers’ statutory rights under applicable national laws in force. We hope you’ll agree that our guarantee is plain and simple.
